Welcome to The Port's Vendor Information System (VIS). The VIS is a web-based vendor management system with e-procurement capability. Our vendors and contractors should expect the following:

• On-line registration with self-administered user ID and password
• Ability to control vendor profile
• Receipt of email and/or fax notifications for procurement opportunities
• Web-based vendor directory
• Access to provide company information; such as company logo, brochures and small business certifications
• View, download and/or respond to procurement opportunities.

You will receive an email acknowledging that you have completed the form correctly. Also you will receive your username and password to access your VIS account. For technical assistance please email visadmin@poha.com.
